Dedino

Dedinos are black lizards with red eyes. Dedinos are usually found in prairies and deserts where they feed on smaller lizards, insects, and rodents. One good place to find them would be the Untorr Prairie near the Untorr Caverns as they are most common there. They live in burrows with families of up to five dedinos. Dedinos are friendly to humans and can be tamed. They are particularly useful to miners and cave explorers because they can eat Black and White Slime without any problems. For whatever reason, their bodies are immune to the slimes, so they can eat up the slime to get it out of the miner's way.
