be seen near Paper Mines, as they share the odd obsession over trinkets that Conics have. They have a tendency for ask for quests to the people in there, many times related to stealing the Conics' trinkets
Phaselings also feature a disc which they can use to to concentrate their relatively small magic to use in more dangerous spells, like this one, who has summonedtwoo spirit-type familiar to aid it...in whatever it's doing.
You can differentiate on how much power a phaseling has by the color of their scarf, red meaning less, and going through the colors of the rainbow up to violet.
