Föndé is a fire wizard; but he only uses his magic only when absolutely necessary. His real quest is to find his parents, dead or alive, and proceed to talk with them (alive) or bury them properly, assuming they haven't already been buried.
Föndé's ethnicity is Aboriginal Bazakunite. They have "eyes like glowing orange coals, deep red skin, and white hair." Föndé's eyes don't glow quite as much as a typical Bazakunite's though. His parents disappeared while they were en route to a vacation to The Land With A Silly Name. They were out in the Mustsid countryside. Föndé suspects that the Tall Weird Ones (a moniker for the Kyoskiaar, Elemeno and Gazers, magical creatures which feature heavily in Aboriginal Bazakunite folklore) had something to do with his parents apparent abduction. Föndé was left at a campsite set up by his parents. He watched the campfire burn down to hot coals while waiting for his parents to return. This left an impression on him, leading him to the study of fire magic.
He travels all of Other World (much like Freviles) searching for his parents. He is a Jakler type fire wizard, symbolizing that he is the silent type, but gets along with others easily.
He was 3 when he was lost by his parents; all alone in a basket... crying...
No one helped him so he raised himself up. He has his own language he calls "Briavlorn" which he uses to cast his signature magic fire spells. He normally has a staff that he summons when in battle that helps him do his attacks.
