Gazers are tall, grey creatures which, as their name implies, just watch. They appear in the middle of the night, normally in fields or in the desert, just watching anything that passes by. If you approach one, it just floats backwards, and makes it appear as though it's impossible to reach. Gazers are completely harmless, but there are legends of them snatching up young ones if they wander outside, or that they will follow you until your doom. Those are false, they do absolutely nothing, and it is unknown if they're actually tangible, living things. Some stories claim that they're lost souls who are too afraid to ask for help, or that they're waiting for you to turn your back, and then they'll plant a curse on you.
Since so little is known about Gazers, there is hardly any scientific evidence that points to what exactly they are. Some stories claim that they're lost souls who are too afraid to ask for help, or that they're waiting for you to turn your back, and then they'll plant a curse on you. The closest that a human has ever come to finding out anything about them was when a group of hikers scaling Mount Isica and spotted one. When they approached it, it flew away, but left a small, black ball where it was standing. This ball was brought by the hikers back to thier home town of Creamington, but by the time that they had returned home it had disintegrated to dust. The true nature of this ball was never discovered.
