Marsh Hands are close relatives to Cupboard Claws. They live in swamps. Most of the time they are sedentary, sticking out of the mud with palm outstretched, waiting for insects or other small animals to land on them. They clamp onto such prey and absorb them. They like to live alongside mushrooms and toadstools, and they can be mistaken for them. At night they sometimes become active and crawl around. They're particularly active on nights on which the green moon shines bright.
