Swamp Marjoram is an herb found in Gruz and Trubistan. When fresh it has dark green and orange stems and foliage. It is dried and ground up, after which it becomes yellow in colour. It is used to flavour savoury Trubistani and Gruzzite dishes such as fish & mushroom stew and salamander calzone.
